Skin Aura Hair – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

• You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• To request a return, contact us at info@skinaurahair.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Due to hygiene reasons, hair and beauty products cannot be returned if opened/used.

• Clearance and promotional items are final sale.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Exchanges

• At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Item

• If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
